My  Holiday

I remember on Waitangi day my family and I went for a humongous walk at Godley Heads in the Port Hills behind Christchurch.

We saw lots of caves and my Dad was telling me he reckoned there was dragons who lived in the caves.  We walked along the cliff's right beside the sea and there were two huge ships in the sea.  There was a village that was very cool.  Some of the houses were made right up in the caves on the beach front.  It was called Boulder Bay and had beautiful views and people were enjoying walking there.  We saw a boy catch a fish.

We got to the top of the hill and we found the remains of where they had kept military guns to protect enemy from coming into the bay.  It was cool fun climbing all over the big concrete gun shelters.  I had a good time with my family.
