hi this my favorite recipe
Ingredients:
1: 2 eggs
2: 1/2 or 125ml cup oil
3: 1 cup or 240ml milk
4: 1 tsp vanilla essence
5: 1 3/4 cups of standard flower
6: 1/2 cup of white sugar
7: 1/4 cup of cocoa
8: 1 Tbsp baking powder
9: 1/2 tsp salt
10: 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 200`C and prepare muffin pan by greasing or fill with paper liners. in a bowl mix well the eggs, oil, milk and vanilla. in a large bowl mix well the flower, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and choc chips. combine wet and dry mixtures and fold gently together until just mixed. spoon into prepared pan. bake at 200`C for 20 minutes. remove from pan and cool on rack.
