INGREDIENTS
125g butter
125g sugar
1T honey
3-4 c rice bubbles
METHOD
Simmer butter, honey and sugar for 3 minuets.
Cool slightly and stir in rice bubbles.
Press into lightly greased or lined tin.
Cut when cool.
