Chocolate Cake

MUMS YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:

2 cups of caster sugar
2 egg
2 cups of self raising flour
3/4 cup of cocoa
3/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Grease cake tin (20cm to 22cm) and line with baking paper

Place all ingredients listed above in large mixing bowl and using an electric mixer beat until mixture is smooth

Pour into cake tin and bake for 45 minutes

Then cool on wire racks once cooked

Once cooled add your favorite topping and enjoy
