Lauren's Favourite Recipe

It is  a Berrylicious Ice Cream Cake. What you need is 
  • 400g tin sweetened condensed  milk 
  • 600 ml thickened cream 
  • 250g fresh or frozen berries. [thawed] 
  • 1 packet of  malt biscuits.    
and also 

Deep dish, Cling film or baking paper, mixing bowl and a serving plate 
Method
1. Line your dish with cling film or baking paper
2. pour the sweetened condensed milk and the thickened cream into your milking bowl.  Beat with the electric mixer until they thicken.
3.  Fold the berries, then pour half of the mixture inside the dish.
4.  Place a layer of biscuits on top.
5. POur the rest of the mixture into the dish.
6. Place another biscuit layer on topneatly.  Cover with cling film.
7.  Put into the frezzer overnight.
8.  When your ice cream slice is set, take it out of the freezer.  Gently pull on the cling film or baking paper lining the dish to loosen your cake.  Hold your serving plate over the dish and tip the whole thing over.  Gently pull off the dish, using the lining to help.
9.  Cut your masterpiece into slices and serve with extra berries or grated chocolate.
