Pavlova

I love making pavlova.  Our eggs come from our chickies Chickaletta, Lucy, daphne, Molly and Chloe.

3 egg whites
3 tablespoons cold water
1 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essesnce
3 teaspoon cornflour

Preheat oven to 150c.  Beat egg whites until stiff.  add water and beat again.  Add sugar gradually while still beating. Slowly add rest of the ingredients.  Line an oven tray with baking paper. Spread the pavlova onto tray in circle.  Bake for about 45 minutes.
