Hi Tima Aoraki! Today I will be sharing my favourite recipe for muffins. Easy and simple! (And delicious)
Basic Muffin Mix:
Ingredients: Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees c.
2 cups plain flour 2. Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and
3 teaspoons baking powder sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre.
1/2 teaspoon salt In a small bowl, beat egg with a fork. Stir in milk
3/4 cup caster sugar and oil. Pour all at once into the well in the flour
1 egg mixture. Mix quickly and lightly until moistened.
1 cup milk The mixture will be thick and lumpy. Add whatever
3 tablespoons vegetable oil you want into the mixture!
3. Put in muffin tray for 25 minutes. They should
be firm to touch.
