 sausage rolls
ingredients:

1kg sausage meat (at room temperature)
 1 peeled and finely chopped onion
 2 peeled, crushed and finely chopped cloves of garlic
 1 cup tomato sauce
 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
 1 Tbsp ground cumin
 1 cup roasted and chopped peanuts
   method:

Mix the above in a bowl until well combined and place in a piping bag.
Pipe along the pastry in the usual way.
Brush the pastry at the appropriate spot with egg wash and roll and seal, ensuring the sealed portion is laid flat on the pre-greased oven tray.
Brush the outside of the rolled pastry with egg wash and pierce with a fork then cut into your desired portion size.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 220'C and bake until golden brown.
