We had our family pet, Chickens for 3 years before we left for New Zealand. One of my chickens was named cookie.
cookie has been my chicken for 3 years, on the second year she had chicks. She had 5 they were the colour yellow and then brown when they grew older.
But when we left for New Zealand we had to give Cookie and her Chicks away.
