Hello everybody, these are my two British Blues, Malibu and Periwinkle, we got these two beautiful girls in July 2014! They will be two years old in a few weeks. We got their names by the Malibu Boat brand which sells ski boats which we sometimes ski behind in Lake Hood Waterski Tournaments and also Malibu is a colour blue. Periwinkle is a colour blue which is how Nina got the name. British Blues are known to have plush grey fur and short solid legs, and are pugged face which means they have squashed noes, they also have wide chests and dazzling bright Orange eyes! The cartoon cat Garfield is based on a British Blues looks and personality. I love it when Malibu and Periwinkle come and sleep on my bed with me at night time! I am so glad we got these cute little cats to keep us company! They are not lap cats (don't sit on your lap) but love being in your presence, so if you are in the garden or sitting in the sun on the deck they will always come and sit near you. By Diaz M
