My dream job is a mechanic. I've always been fascinated by how cars work and how it runs. My dad is a engine re conditioner. But I am still thinking about it but anything with engines in it will be me.

My dream job by Bryn. Since mrs Terell is leaving, who will assign the blog challenges, ME perhaps?
My dream job is to become a lawyer so I can earn lots of $$$ and it's quite fun too. I wouldn't care if I was a criminal lawyer or a defence lawyer. Although it would be stupid to defend a condemned serial killer. To be a lawyer you learn for 7 years and need 2 degrees to be a lawyer. Lawyers earn an average of 62$ an hour so you get quite a lot. Then, after a few years and a few million dollars I'd buy an average house with 15 acres of land so I could have my own shooting range and I'd own a few WW2 tanks as well. I could also sue people for random reasons and get more $$$. (some people make a living doing that, but I won't, I'm not that stupid) I'd live in USA where I can sue and drive tanks on the road (yes, you can do that after some paperwork) although, I'd visit New Zealand sometimes. I would vote 4 Donald trump because it's either him or Hillary Clinton (But if Mitt Romney WAS running, then I'd vote 4 him in a heartbeat) It would be good because if I had any enemies I'd sue them for more $$$. in my opinion being a lawyer would be a really fun but sometimes boring job but whatever no one cares and I'd recommend that job to people who like to argue and sue people. Well, since Mrs Terrell is leaving, (which sucks) who will assign the blog challenges, ME perhaps? My Dream Job
My dream job is to be a Marine Biologist and work with Dolphins. Dolphins are very intelligent mammals that need our protection from fisherman and environment problems. When I visited Sea Life Park in Hawaii and swam with a Wolphin I was surprised to find that they did not smell all fishy and they were very soft to touch not all hard and slimey. I watched some of the staff feed fresh water, not salt water, down a tube into the dolphin's stomach and also saw a dolphin getting eye drops, it was all very interesting. I suppose to be a Marine Biologist I will have to go to University to study and then I would like to go back to Hawaii and work with the Dolphins and Wolphins there because there isn't any place like that in New Zealand.

How To - Make Spaghetti Bolognese
1. 2 tablespoons of oil into a pan
2. add a pinch of salt and pepper
3. 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
4. add minced meat to the pan and stir until meat is brown
5. finally chop 1 bell pepper and 1 onion add to pan stir well
6. add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and stir
7. season with oregano, sweet basil and Italian herbs
8. in a separate pan boil 2 litres of water with a tablespoon of oil
9. add spaghetti
10. when ready serve on plate
11. ENJOY :)

how to check your pulse by Armani Hansen
to check your pulse you are going to need
a watch to time 20 seconds
get your middle finger and your finger next to your thumb
and place it on your wrist that's next to your thumb.
keep moving your fingers around your wrist till you
find your pulse [ don't worry you have a pulse just keep moving
your two fingers around and you will find it the same thing happened to me]
count your pulse for 20 seconds by using your watch or even a clock.
once you have done that times it by three and you will have your
answer.
children our age should have 80-110 beats per minute that is
why you do it for 20 seconds and times it by 3 it's much simpler.

How To Make Apple Roses
Serves 6
Apple Roses

INGREDIENTS:
~ 1 frozen pastry sheet, thawed 20-30 min
~ 2 red organic apples
~ half lemon, juice
~ 1 tablespoon of flour, sprinkle on counter
~ 3 tablespoons of apricot jam
~ cinnamon (optional)
~ powder sugar for decorating!
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven 190 degrees C
1. Cut apples in half and take out cores
2. Slice apples
3. Microwave apples for 3 min in lemon and water
4. Take pastry sheet and roll out a little thinner, cut into 6 long strips
5. Put 3 tablespoons of apricot jam
with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl,
microwave 1 min and spread onto each pastry sheet
6.Drain apples
with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl,
microwave 1 min and spread onto each pastry sheet6.Drain apples
7. Place apples on pastry and sprinkle cinnamon
8.Fold bottom of pastry up

10. Stand each rose up and put into a muffin tray.

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG
1: Mix 3 & 1/2 teaspoons of self raising flour, 2 & 1/2 teaspoons cocoa and 5 tablespoons of sugar together.
2: Add 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 egg and 4 tablespoons of oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
3: Place mixture into a mug.
4: Place the mug into the microwave and cook for 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
This chocolate cake is yummy with ice cream or cream and raspberries.

How To make a strawberry smoothie.
1. In the blender put in some strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.
2. Next you put in the ice in with the other ingredients.
3. After that you blend until it is all smooth and creamy.
4. Last you pour the strawberry smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

How to drive a tank by Bryn
First of al let's take the M4A3E2-Sheman for example, it has a 76mm cannon which takes 7-8 seconds to reload (usually) and is 2.7 meters tall and weighs 30.3 tonnes and is 5.8 meters long.
Driver:
The driver's job is to drive the tank and maneuver the tank or to flee from enemy tanks.
How the driver drives is there are 2 sticks which if he pulls both down the tank moves backwards if he pulls forward he goes forward. If he pulls one up and one down he'll go sideways and vice-versa.
Loader:
The loader's job is to load the tank. He first selects a round to fire at enemy vehicles there are many choices including APHE (armor piecing high explosive) APBC (armor piercing ballistic capped shell) APDS (armor piercing discarding sabot round) HEAT (high explosive anti tank shell) and many others.
Gunner:
The gunners job is to fire the gun at enemy vehicles. He also must determine the range from the tank to the enemy so his shot is accurate. He fires by pulling a lever (after the loader has loaded a shell) and hopefully hits the target.
Commander:
The commander commands his crew what to do and helps the crew with tasks sometimes. The commander keeps the tank in order and makes sure no arguments occur. His armament includes a machine gun and in some cases a rocket launcher (T26-1)
Assistant driver:
The assistant driver's job is to replace the driver if he is knocked out or killed sometimes he helps the driver drive if he is wounded but if the driver is OK then the Assistant driver will just fire a machine gun at enemy tanks or soldiers.
So, that's how to drive a tank for those of you who want to. You're probably gonna say "Uh, I like, already know how to do this" and I'll say you probably did but it's unlikely.
That was only one particular tank, so some of them have less or more crew like the T-28, it has 2 guns so it needs 2 loaders and gunners and has 7 crew, or the Flak-panzer 1 which has 2 crew, it doesn't really matter, but more crew means more chance of survival because if someone dies then someone can replace him.

You Will Need: 2 ripe mangoes peeled and stoned, 200ml milk, 200ml natural yoghurt, juice of 1 lime and1 tsp chilli powder (optional) also a blender.
Method: Pour all the ingredients In the blender apart from the chilli powder, blend until smooth, pour into glasses and serve, sprinkle chilli powder on top of drink (optional)

My Holiday
In the holidays I honestly didn't do much. On the first Wednesday my mum and I went to Blenheim to see my aunty. The whole time I was there I didn't feel well (I went to the doctor, it might be an intolerance?) so I never wanted to walk around. Somethings we did included going to the swimming pool and just hanging out, we went to Briscoes and bought some pillows (SO soft), we got some books from Paper Plus and Whitcoulls, and just had as good a time as we could. The second week grandma came up to look after me and my stomach got better (probably a change of diet) but it's still not right. That's about it, thanks for reading,

My Holiday
My holiday was kind of bad because I got tonsillitis on the first day and I was coughing like mad. Later on in the week we decided to go camping to Methven which was a good idea at first but then when we had to go to sleep my coughing was keeping everyone from going to sleep. So we came home early and everyone but me was tired, I did get some sleep but after I'd eaten I would threw up. Sadly near the end of the holidays I got a viral infection after my tonsillitis was clearing up which was annoying. I don't have either of them anymore so it's back to school I go.

My Holiday
Well I didn't have the most interesting holiday but I did do some things. First of all I had my friend Jack over to stay for a few days but we sort of did the same things most of the days but one night we got to go out for tea for my Mum's birthday. We got to the restaurant at around 6:00pm and it was already so dark. Half way through the dinner Jack said "I'm bored" so I suggested we play chess so we did. It was the most intense game of chess I've ever played, eventually I won and by the time we ended, all our food came over. After tea we went home and Jack and I got to stay up for a bit longer before we had to go to bed. In the morning my Dad made us pancakes, they were delicious and there were still some left over for the next day. The rest of the days were sort of the same so I'm not going to talk about that.

MY HOLIDAY By Emma
In my holidays I had a lot of sleep overs with Nascita. On the first week Nascita and I had a whole week but Wednesday having sleepovers. I had a sleepover at Lara's on Wednesday.
We did nothing too exciting all we really did was play minecraft on the xbox, we also went and had some walks with her dog Milo, he is a golden retriever.
Lara and I also went out to get my mum a birthday present on our bikes. We had a lot of fun and having $40 to spend is also fun! Lara and I had a sleep over on the Wednesday again. After tea we went to the pool and had lots of fun, we did a whole range of things there.
Nascita, Lara and I had a sleepover at my house on the last Saturday of the holidays.
We got really bored so we made a cake. All I am going to say is that if you ask any of us the cake was not a big success, well the cake was really nice but the icing could have gone a little smoother. Again all I can say is that it was edible and that is all that matters.
I almost forgot on the 22 of April I got my braces. I honestly hate having them but it is not as bad as you would think. I am going to have them on for about 18 months to two years which is a long time.
So this was my holidays.

my holiday
In the holidays I went to my friend Holly's house because it was her Dads 50th birthday. My family and I were staying the night in our campervan. When we got there everyone was setting up and then I saw Craig.
I ran up to him and said "Happy birthday Craig!"
he smiled and said "Hello Lauren."
I said "Would you like any help?"
He said "No that's fine."
I turned around and saw chips. I grabbed some and walked off to my friends. When I got over there I offered some of my chips to my friends. Then we sorted out a game, but when we where sorting it out my friends were jumping on each other and stood on my toe.
I screeched. "Ouch!"
My friends asked if I was Ok?
I said "I was fine."
When we started playing the game I felt my toe was bleeding. I shone the torch on my toe and half of my toenail was hanging off my toe and it was bleeding and had a bruise.
I yelled to the others and said "My toe is bleeding!"
My Mum came to the rescue and saved me by putting 8 plasters on my toe as we couldn't find a big plaster.
Then the party started. It was awesome! Lots of adults and elderly people came to join in the fun. We had an amazing time. When Craig did a speech I just about started to cry. It was a lovely fun time to spend with friends.
