What am i ??????

Hey guys,
Guess what creature i am ?
It is a bird that can grow up to 1.15 metres tall and weighing up to 40 kg,
It lives in water and on land,
If it was getting takeaways it would go for Fish and chips,
They breed in winter,
The males are really good baby sitters.
