Your personal guide to building a Colosseum!

Hi everyone!
For my Roman project I decided to write a guide to building a Colosseum.
I was originally doing Cleopatra and Julius Caesar but I decided to change!
So here it is,
YOUR GUIDE TO BUILDING A COLOSSEUM

The Colosseum is a building of massive proportion. So how do you build such a big building? First of all, you take thousands of slaves, and make them work all day for ten years.
~ FACT ~ The Colosseum is 465 feet long, 386 feet wide, and 118 feet high.  Its cement foundation is about 23 feet thick.
Next, you host a grand ceremony  in dedication to this amazing building. Of course, no ceremony would be complete without a grand celebration of types. You should definitely slaughter 5,000 animals and follow this up with 100 days of games.
~ FACT ~   The building was built on an artificial lake, which means they had to put drains in it so it wouldn't flood.  If they closed these drains, the whole Colosseum could be flooded, which they sometimes did for mock ship battles.
Now you are ready to use your Colosseum for everyday things. Just make sure to look after it, and don't let anyone take any marble from it! Don't forget to decorate your Colosseum with lots of statues! It is also optional to light up your colosseum with lights and/or use it as a round about!
