3.       Maths word problems. Solve the problems below.



A group of science students went on a field trip. They took 9 vans and 8 buses. There were 7 people in each van and 14 people in each bus. How many people went on the field trip?





Cynthia earns $141.35 per day working as a cook. How much money will she earn if she works 10 days?





 A biscuit factory makes 10 types of biscuits. They make 10 of each type of biscuit in every batch they bake. How many biscuits does the factory make in 5 batches?
