On Thursday the 23 of August we had the big ice cream sale.
We sold 160 ice creams and raised over $100 towards our camp funds.

 A biscuit factory makes 10 types of biscuits. They make 10 of each type of biscuit in every batch they bake. How many biscuits does the factory make in 5 batches?

Valerie Adams goes gold!!

GREAT NEWS EVERYONE!! :)

No one needed to be so disappointed about Valerie Adams getting silver, because really she was better than that. But now she has the medal to prove it :)!!! Wondering what I'm going on about?? Well  last night Valerie won GOLD!!! It was because the winner for the Women's Shot Put final turned out to be taking drugs! (meaning that we got the gold medal!!! (:)  :)

Cantamaths

Hey guys!

As you all probably know, the cantamaths teams (yr 7= Lizzy, Corrine, Sam and Angus- yr 8= Kiarna, Dan R, Dan B and Ethan) went into town, to the CBS arena to compete. The year 7 team did pretty well and got 60 points but unfortunately not enough to get 1, 2 or 3. the year 8 team got 50 points but didnt get enought to claime 1,2 or 3 either.

well done to both teams for such great work! :)

im really enjoying watching the olymics especially with my mum when we were watching the rowing mum went crazy wen they were winning ahahaha i really enjoy watching the fencing id actually like to learn fencing im crazy about athletics its really cool to watch i love it its amazing!!!!!!!

we have enjoyed watching Mark Todd win a bronze medal in show jumping!
we only won two bronze medals and we are still are happy that we even won any medals at all!!!!!

Olympics!!!!!

Hi guys we have won 2 bronze medals for the Rowing and Equestrian!
Did you know that Mark Todd is 56 and is still riding at the olympics!
In the Equestrian the Germans won gold and Great Brittan won silver and we won Bronze!

In the rowing, Great Britain won gold, the aussies won silver and we came third for a bronze.
Hopefully we will win some more as the week goes on!
